    Such a Lame Taxi ...

    Such a Lame Taxi service, I called for a taxi at 10:30 in the morning and they told me its a up to 45 minuts wait. how ever the taxi arrived 1:30 hour later( at 12:00 ) when I had missed my salons appointment and had already rescheduled it for another day. Not to mention that the customer service is so rude and first time I called she hung up on me without confirming the reservation and I had to call for second time to talk to another representative. If I could give 0 star I would.

    I use 24-7 Taxi exclusively. They take DEBIT in every car, unlike some companies I have used and they say only "some" cars have DEBIT. Also, I bought GIFT cards for some of my family to use over the holidays so they can get around easy. It is like any other store gift card....really handy. They have been nothing but honest to me. I like the fact when I call that they say I am sorry but it will be 45mins. At least I know what I am in for. Other companies feed me BS and say "5 to 15" and the cab rarely shows in that time frame and if you call back you get a snotty "We will rush it" I have never had any problems with them. I am the kind of person shooting for the underdog. I know they are a small fleet, that gives them a small company feel. I recommend them to anyone!!!

    Horrible

    call for a cab. was told there would be a cab in about 30 minutes. phones them back about 40 minutes later to find out where cab was and received a very rude response. i was informed that because i lived in claireview it took the cab longer to get to me.i phoned another cab company and they were there within 15 minutes. so long sotry short if you have time to wait for a cab (1 hr) this is the place to go but if you require a shorter wait time try any other cab company. i am sure that you will not have to wiat an hour for a cab unless it is around christmas or new years.
