We needed to rent a wheelchair for 3 months following my son’s brain tumour suregery and they have been great to deal with. I didn’t bring the headrest back with the chair due to my lack of organization, and they were totally understanding and didn’t penalize us. Very kind, personal service during a difficult time.

We got a wheel chair lift the salesman said 30 days it took 90 . My child had to stay in the hospital until it come. It come with the wrong swing , the installer said that was the only swing he lied. After that I had to fight to get it changed. Had to phone spinal cord Alberta to help get it right . It was 60 days later. Then his wheel chair they said was ordered in June . On all purchase information I have requested from ECO employees/by telephone or in person wither it was in my home or in their official area of their work site always was more helpful than others that I have experienced. Phone inquiry were returned same day or I was given the time/day I would hear back from them/due to outside information being required to be accurate in their understanding of my request on the item I was required to have for my daily living. Delivery time/date were followed

Other medical stores need to learn from this place!

My OT sent me to Eco the first time. So glad she did. This is the place that has the service and knowledge the professionals use as a go to . Refreshing to deal with people who are actualy experts. Life long customer now!
