UPS Customer Centres

Very bad customer service . Unreliable can't diliver on time . They still have covid protical when 4 months after all Canada ones have been lifted , and a year ago all Alberta's were lifted . Then b3cuse theu didn't diliver it on time I have to weight 2 more days casue they don't diliver sat Sunday. Shame on ups . Do not use

I added my apartment buzzer number to delivery address when I placed order but the delivery guy didnt buzz at all and just left a note for pick up. Cant believe they are lazy like that.

Already wasted my time talking to incompetent UPS customer care, not gonna waste anymore in writing a long review. All you need to know is that their workers lack common sense and that its not a service you can trust. Dont Use UPS, youll be better off that way

On top of ridiculous 120 dollar shipping fee from US, when they brought it over they were still asking another 25 bucks. After finding out that the only way you can pay them is credit card and cheque, which we didn't have, they instructed us to pick up the package somewhere in Edmonton even though our town has a Ups store. I'm not sure if this is hilarious, sad or just plain rude.
