Phoned to get a cab at 630 am they call us with pre recorded Your cab is here. While waiting at the door and cab isnt here yet waking up my kids. When I called them to say dont do that the lady told me 95% of the people ask for it so its up to me to ask not to call. I told her if i dont take cabs alot then how would I know to do that. She told me to give cell number to get a text then. I told her I dont own a cell. She then told me they will call. Said they get tons of calls. I dont matter.

The driver didn’t use the meter and overcharged me.
First time I called, cab never showed up. Second call, I was told it was on its way and hung out on me and never showed up. Third call they requested an another driver who got lost. Another yellow can who drove by offered us to jump in. Driver from 3rd called an gave us attitude even though we waited 1 hour. Final driver was speeding and tail driving and couldn't stay straight in his lane. To add on top of this he had a DEFINE BO problem. Do not call yellow cab.
If you want to wait a half hour for a cab, and be half hour late for work, call yellow cab! It never fails to make sure this happens.
Yellow cab went above and beyond you can expect from customer services. My kids took a cab to school and left the lunch bag in the cab. My son call them but did not get much hope to recover it. However, a few weeks later, we found the lunch bag in our door step!! Imagine our surprise but not only they bring kit back to our door step, they also washed the containers for us!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND Worst company ever. Called for a cab twice and it still never came.
What is the point of downloading your app, booking yesterday afternoon,got confrimation for 8:00 am Feb 1 and still waiting at 8:17!!! I called them and they first of all said they had nothing on there computer for a booking! Eeerrrrrr! Then when I gave them the address they said yes and a cab would be here as soon a it could but there wasn't any in the area! What is the point of booking a cab!!!! Never again will I book through you guys!!!!
They hung-up when i asked for a quote to airport. Phoned back and got Ms Attitude. Ive used Uber in China and it works slick!!!
Wow! I have just called the yellow cab for price quote, ever ever came across the worse customer service and impolite manner, what a girl!! I would never call them again. By the way, I think Yellow Cab and Barrel are the same branch.
Customer service Hades! Took a taxi for the first time & simply asked driver of cab #133 if the meter had started running and he answered by yelling at us to get in and started ranting about whether or not we had seen other taxis operate that way. Didn't occur to his small mind that we were asking because we really didn't know. To add insult to injury the operator said we must have done something to upset driver-regardless, his reaction was unjustified. Not an ounce of sympathy/apology from her
My experience was it was a super freezing cold me and my son waiting 15 or more but we can't take anymore standing so we walk 8 mins. to d bus stop. That was when no one answered my follow up call 10 times consuming a lot of mins. of my celfon. I don't even know if taxi came...seemed like the operator was not doing their job. Since that on, never called yellow cab no more
several times I call this cab and am constantly lied to as to arrival time, if they say 30 mins they mean 90, no point in calling if you have a need to be somewhere in a hurry
Don't bother calling hours in advance, they still send their taxi drivers 20 minutes or more late.
A good cab service good and clean cars and good drivers . Keep it up
