Where to begin......
Where to begin...well, since I have not had anything installed, I will start with customer service. I attended to seek a vehicle auto start installed. The counter person asked he he could help me and I mentioned I would like a simple auto start installed. He asked what I meant by simple. I mentioned some had alarms, some would activate the rear defrost, etc and I mentioned I would like one that just starts the vehicle. He stated he does not understand what I meant by simple, seeming upset at that word. He proceed to open an auto start box and pick out the wiring package and hold that up to me stating "does that look simple" and he threw the package of wires on the counter, stating he still does not understand what I meant by "simple". I looked away as I felt I should have been better education prior to entering his establishment seeking assistance/service. I stated I apologize for getting him upset and he stated "perhaps we got off on the wrong foot." I suggested I look elsewhere to which he replied "very good" and I departed the business. And I travelled 150km for that.
