Willie's 24 Hr Towing Ltd

My sons truck was recovered by Willies Towing. I called in and tried to pay for his recovery bill but was told that I cannot pay his bill because I am not the registered owner. OK if that is their rules then that is their rules. But why do they have to be so rude about it. The woman in the leather ball cap, who I had never seen before in my life, was so rude, anybody would have thought that I had just walked in and taken a dump in her coffee cup! Terrible service, I will never use them again!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Not accountable, lack integrity and are disrespectful + rude!

Have worked in a retail business before and dealing with the public I know how one should address customers that enter your establishment. Firstly, the front end staff (2 women) that work the office are exceptionally rude. Not only are they lacking in skills to work with the public they are not professional to handle manners that are incorporated with the business they are employed with. A look at who handles your daily business should be addressed immediately!
