Oil Country Towing

For the second time in 8 days I needed a tow in the Leduc area.I called AMA and Oil Country was dispatched to do the job. Both jobs were done without incident. The first tow was done without me being there. The second Nick and a second team member were dispatched to a busy Friday afternoon on the #2.The second staff member and truck were there as a safety measure and flag person. I was impressed that it is a company policy on busy roads. Nick was professional and easy to talk to on the drive.

I have had to use Oil City Towing in Nisku three times within a 10 day period. I have been absolutely thrilled with the customer service and their fair pricing. I would highly recommend Oil City Towing!

Customer service was beyond service,our car wouldnt start Jan 1st arriving home from vacation, from the driver Joel, the lady in the office, and our driver Nick, Nick was so professional and polite, just a pleasure, we will be using them again if we ever have to forsure, they were quick also. Made our night a little brighter.

these guys do what they want say what they to get more more money. the stick together with their story. service is low. take no responsibility for it. wanna rim up the bill then say what ever they want

Their dispatch is rude and the driver drop the car place that is not supposed to be parked when I already told them . I call them back to move the car but told me to pay extra 75 dollar for their mistakes. Avoid them at all cost
