Canadian Tire General Store

Customer service was poor , I called to auto parts and he didn’t even greet me, he’s not even concerned why I cancelled my order or apologies for the delayed of my order , it so unprofessional that’s not the way to deal with the customer, I will never do any business with auto parts again.

Their Inventory is never up to date in their system so they don't know what they have ever and they also never answer the phone, even a voicemail where they could get back to you...I've sat on the phone until the phone itself gives up...that isn't good service.

I love this store clean well organized and i love the fishing hunting section and check out the gun selection wow
