High Roads Medical Clinic

Waited over an hour to see Dr Jamal. He took in a patient who walked in at a later time. I'm confused where the respect and patient care exists ? Will avoid this walk in clinic going forward.

Dr. Silver is a wonderful Doctor. He is on top of medical issues and follows up with us during Covid. I would highly recommend him as a GP.

My family and I have been coming here since 2003, our move into the area. We have seen several doctors, and we have had only good experiences. We never wait more than 15 minutes. Their walk-in system is efficient. Their staff are kind and patient.

This review is for Dr.J.Silver not for North Road Medical Centre.He is the best family doctor I had(Im 50 years old, so I have had quite a few)and he is the reason we stayed with North Road Medical Centre.It is worth it staying on the line for a while to get through to make an appointment with him because he is amazing.Very personable, caring, and despite his young age he is experienced and professional.I totally recommend Dr.Silver for anyone looking for a very good,reliable and caring fam dr.

never had to wait more than 5 mins. so organized and friendly best drs. office ever !!!

I was reading some of the poor reviews about the staff. I have never been treated rudely. Always had a smile. Yes, it was difficult to get through on the phone, but after waiting about 20 mins got through and promptly got an appointment. I did not wait even 5 mins when I arrived at the clinic.

CAN NOT BOOK ONLINE NO WEBSITE, They stop answering phone from Friday noon -Monday Noon. When you call, You can NOT leave a message, their lines are always busy, giving 1 Choice and that is "SORRY WE'RE BUSY CALL BACK AGAIN THEN CUT YOU OFF. The funny thing they're also a walkin Clinic. The only way you can book an appointment is usually to go there in Person. LOUSY SERVICE, THE WORST WE HAVE EVER SEEN. WE WILL REPORT THIS TO THE MEDICAL BODY.

Too many complaints to list here about the office staff and reception staff, many who are beyond rude. I have filed a formal complaint.
