Evergreen Pharmacy & Medical Clinic

I made an appointment for COVID vaccine booster and waited 15 minutes to get it. I am not sure if he is a doctor or pharmacist who did multitasking from the front counter to the room where he did the injection. As a health care professional, he was putting his mask under his nose and when it was pointed to him, he answered "Mask is not mandatory anymore". For monitoring after the vaccine for side effects, nobody was really monitoring the client. I sense gender inequality in that pharmacy.

Great family doctor.office staff and telephone system terrible!

Dr. Behzad Ansari is my parents GP for past few years. They really like him and feel he cares about them. My parents are both in their early nineties. My dad had recently a major surgery and went well given his age. I live in Montreal and visiting my parents in Vancouver to help them during recovery time. I met Dr. Ansari a few times he is very nice and took the time answering our questions and addressing our concerns.

Very unprofessional and rude. He does not listen to you and is often forgetful. He lacks the capability to diagnose and is mean to write a test or a referral to a specialist. Instead, he will do nothing for you yet wasting your time. Worst worst.

He is terrible: 1) His behaves in a bad manner with kids. 2) He makes appointment for almost 3 months after a request and he has cancelled most of my appointments right one week before the appointment. 3) He does not like to answer the questions, just in a rush

very rude. never takes the time to listen. he never cares about his patients. After 3 years, he still does not know my name. He does not know my health issues. He treats people as if they are just customers in a supermarket. His secretary (Leila) never accommodates patients. Last time, I was there, Dr. Ansari talked so loud about my illness to Leila when he wanted to ask her to send a requisition for me that everybody in the waiting area heard what my problem was. I am trying to find another Dr.

Dr Ansari, He is an amazing doctor and he treated my father’s very acute ear infection and he is very knowledgeable and kind. He treats his patients like family. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. They were supposed to refer me to an specialist. They told me it takes 3 months and i have to wait for the specialist’s office to contact me. After not hearing anything from them i followed up after 2.5 months. Then they told me ooh nooo you have to see an optometrist first before we can refer you to an specialist. This is how they treat their paitients!

Unprofessional Dr. He treats my kids as they are not human. He doesn't care about kid's feeling. I am so upset that I choose him as our family Dr.

I have been getting all of my pharmacy needs at this pharmacy for 2 1\2 years now, and I have so much respect and sincere appreciation for everything that this pharmacy has done for me. The employees there are so welcoming and kind, and they rush to your needs , very fast service , and even when it's busy and there's only one guy working , he rushes and goes out of his way too help each and every customer and always with a smile :) like I was in the pharmacy one day and another customer came in and even asked directions and of course he was there to help them get where they needed to be. I Highly Recommend this pharmacy to anybody living near the Coquitlam area, and even if you don't live in Coquitlam it's in a very convenient location as well just minutes from Coquitlam centre and with the new sky train there building soon it will be minutes from the sky train too. I thank you evergreen pharmacy for always giving it your 100 and 10 percent, Thank You

They are fast, efficient, and above all, very kind. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone enjoys being treated like a good customer. They do not have many selection of over the counter medications due to the size of the store. However, feel free to drop your prescription and they will take care of your need for sure!

Ive dealt with multiple pharmacists working in multiple pharmacies all over the lower mainland for the last 8 1/2 years. However none of them have NEVER, EVER even a little bit come close to these pharmacists in anything. ive been dealing with the Evergreen Pharmacy now for 3-4 months and never does their service diminish. they go out of their way to help customers. And I always feel welcome and no matter if ive had a horrible day that day, after 5 minutes inside evergreen pharmacy, i have a huge smile on my face. The most kind and caring, sincere people in all of BC. nothing but the highest quality of service consistently. FORGET ANY OTHER PHARMACY, THIS IS THE ONLY RELEVANT ONE. THE BEST.
