I had a multitude of problem with the service this company provides. I will never use Scooter City again. Since they view they are providing great customer service when they are forced to comply with consumer laws and they think I should grateful for that.

Avoid this company

Our mother who is now 84 sent them a cheque for a scooter she had neither seen nor tested. We heard this had happened and immediately asked them to hold off so we could come and see the models available. Soon after we decided it would be best to purchase locally as simple servicing would be less expensive and complicated. Months later and no cheque. When we called to ask for our money back we are told they ordered a scooter and there is now a 15% restocking fee! Sleazy move.

I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. Pam, Christine, Don and Anna have gone above and beyond to respond to my every need, no matter or how big or small. Same day service is the norm. You won't regret dealing with this company !!!!
