Absolute terrible. We were stuck in a remote area after it had snowed. The driver stated he was only 5 minutes away from another call and would come by to us after he was done. When he came, he said his truck would get stuck and refused to offer us any help. On top of being left stranded, we were charged a call out fee of $40 and the kilometers which ended up being over $180 for no work done. We called another company that got us out right away. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
