I am a healthcare worker, and I had spent the night at my boyfriend’s.
I clearly displayed the visitors pass on my dash. i got to his place at 8PM and needed to leave by 6:00AM (less than 24hrs) to get to work.
I woke up and my car was gone !!! I tried calling them multiple times and no answers.
Knowing the Covid-19 crisis going on, and the amount of stress I am facing at work, having my car towed was the absolute last thing I needed.
I will not be able to get back to Coquitlam anytime sooner
The rudest people I have ever come across. Extremely unprofessional and unsympathetic. The driver took pictures of my car while I was standing next to it with out my permission. The amount of disrespect their employees have towards people is unfathomable. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
GREAT QUICK SERVICE!!! I was stuck in the middle of the busiest intersection behind a light and my car shut down with no hazard signal!!! I received a lot of angry faces. But I called Benjamin Auto Towing right away and they came all the way from Coquitlam to maple ridge! Right on time and as fast as they could. The best service in town!!! call them if your stuck in a hurdle!!!
Fantastic service! I was stuck in a parking lot at a grocery store. I called and the tow truck showed up within 15 minutes as promised. The driver/technician was very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again!

Called to get a vehicle towed to storage. Storage at imperial storage on Kingsway was going to be $130 a month. Benjamin towing gave me a rate of $60 a month. The driver was so nice. All smiles and very helpful! I will use this company for the rest of my life. So happy for genuine friendly service! Thanks guys!
Nice tow truck, quick service and reasonable price. Driver even advised me that my tow bill would be reimbursed by the ICBC and he was kind to even give me an application for that.
