    Terrible. Ordered blood preassure monitor, got confirmation, order was processed,but on a next day received new email that my order on backorder for 4 weeks. The only" positive "that company charged my credit card right away. I think they new that they don't have this product and still was selling it. Keeping money for 4 months it's mean makin money for the company.Salesperson was very rude and hung up on me.I cancelled my order and bought same BP monitor from other company

    If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Terrible (non-existent) communication. Over a month delay on shipping with no updates about order status contrary to their policy. 3 emails went unresponded to. I was told (falsely) that it had been shipped three times. Order has been delayed over a month. Customer service has been poor at best. Nothing done to rectify the issue. Continued lies about shipping and communications. Would not recommend.

    It was delivered by an alternate in 1 week for $7.00

    My experience: I ordered a $25.00 item with delivery costing $25.00.After 1 month I phoned to enquire about my package.The person I spoke to said it had been delivered that morning.I told him I had been home all morning and was now standing on the porch where there was no package.After 3 phone calls ie.I called them,after they did not call as promised.There was never any proof of delivery or offer to investigate etc.Customer service seems to be to call the customer a liar.

    When I got my order, I noticed I had received the wrong gloves. I notified them over two weeks ago, and the problem has still not been mitigated. Their first response was "there's not much we can do." I told them I require the product I ordered, or a refund. I've contacted them multiple times. They don't call back when they say they will, and today I was told they need more time. It's not that complicated, send me what I ordered or give me a refund.

    I learned about Life Supply when my grandmother required to purchase a walker and a scooter. We were extremely happy with the prices and the service that I went back online to purchase more. If you have an elderly parent or grandparent, you would be surprised as to what you can find on Life Supply's website. The items are priced so right, the service is fantastic and not comparable to any other company. Life Supply is my one stop shop that offers professional service and great quality products.

    It's been 3 weeks...

    It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received my order. The answer I get is "I misplaced the Tracking number but I'll find it. I shipped it myself!" Same answer 2 times but no product! Disappointed since someone replied with ambition of finding the tracking number but after 2 weeks. The mysterious tracking number still cannot be found. I should add no refund has been offered as well...... I've been played......

    Great Price + Great Service

    I was looking to buy some TENA products for my dad. Previously I had bought from SelfCare. But a nurse told me about lifesupply.ca. So I tried it out. I ordered online and picked up the products myself. They also offer free delivery but I wanted to check these people out myself. Overall good experience.
