After having a bad experience with a dental office I looked for in my first months in Nanaimo, somebody recommended me Diver Lake Dental Clinic, and that was an amazing change in attention, professionalism and kindness of doctors and personnel that makes you feel welcome every time you go. So I highly recommend it!

Went here because my partner was going. Can’t comment on the dentists because I never made it past the front staff. The one lady with long brown/dark hair had a classic resting badface. Anytime I asked her a question, like why they needed my SIN & Drivers license to clean my teeth? She gave me curt answers like she was irritated, made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She reminded me of someone who hates her job and gets annoyed when people ask questions. Glad I got out of there!

Absolutely the greatest dentist office I've ever been to! From the friendly front end staff, to the cheerful, funny dental hygienists! Going to the dentist I'm positive could not be a better experience! I heartchew guys!
