Wonderful customer service at this location in my opinion. My experience purchasing fabric here was made very easy thanks to an assistant manager - Winnie.

I phoned this store to lodge a concern with the manager. She was initially receptive, however as I was lodging my concern she continued frequently to interrupt me and was extremely defensive. The conversation deteriorated as she would not listen and was speaking over top of me. I had to hang up as it was a futile experience. Poor customer relations.

This has got to be one of the nicest, friendliest & most helpful Fabricland. Even during their sale, the lady was good enough to help me out. Although Fabriclands' prices have become outrageous on so many items...sewing machine needles, scissors, etc. I think we need to start supporting our smaller fabric stores, whose prices are much more reasonable.
