Excellent service! Got me back on the road so I could make it home for work on time.

I live in the north shuswap A-All tech has been amazing to me. I got a flat while at the beach at the provincial park could not afford a tow. I phoned asking for a tire puncture fix and if they towed said they didnt need to, and would meet me at the car at the beach. Jacked the car took the tire fixed it and returned all while I still swam and sun bathed at the beach! Super reasonable price too paid cash at the beach and never had to interrupt my day!

Very Poor service

Ive had two bad experiences with this business. First time my friend brought his newer dodge in to have two body mount bolts removed so that he could install his new factory tow hooks. This shop was unable to do so and we left unsatisfied. The only reason i went there a second time is because i responded to an ad on kijiji advertising a SET of 5 rims. I purchased the rims and loaded them up in the evening. I didnt get around to mounting them right away, but when i did i noticed that there were three that were very old and rusty, which didnt fit my vehicle, and two which were newer and did fit. I called them and kindly asked for my money back, at least for the three rims that were of no use to me. I was denied any kind of refund or any type of compensation. Very poor customer service, and i really have to question their qualifications. I would not send anybody there ever!
