    Poor customer service

    Service was good when I initially went to this salon, but the last couple times the service was terrible. The staffs dont acknowledge when you walk in (some turn away after making eye contact). I asked for gel nails and they ended up giving my acrylic and when I asked her afterwards when i noticed, she pretended like it was gel... After the nail technician is done they walk away without saying anything. Staffs are constantly chatting in viet sometimes even about customers.

    Went for a manicure

    Went for a manicure and pedicure. Service was excellent, staff were very helpful. However, they use cheap polishes!! Manicure began to chip off that evening because they use Color Club nail polish, not the good stuff. I have china glaze on my feet which is still perfect but my manicure is almost all chipped off. I'm on vacation so I'm not doing any heavy work with my hands and I've gotten manicures hundreds of times and never had this problem. If you go here, make sure you're choosing a good quality polish or you're wasting your money.

    Excellent service

    The ladies here are very friendly and professional. It was the fourth place I tried for my gel nails and I am staying. The ladies are perfectionists. They make sure they know exactly what you want before they start and always get it right. I highly recommend going here before even trying anyplace else.
