Absolutely terrible! It’s like a 3 Ring Circus! I have been forced by Fraser Health to use this company for the past 21/2 years, FH has realized with all the complaints that they are a waste of money and will be ending their services in a few months. They put your family member in “Cluster Care” so they can get away with charging you for the full amount of time possible even if your family member isn’t home, yet when you cancel 23 hrs 35 m ahead, they charge you because you didn’t give 24 hrs!
