Worst transport company around.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Rude on the phone, to me, and the dealer that used them to deliver my new truck. Was supposed to show up 2 weeks ago, no sign of it they just keep saying tomorrow. Worst experience with a freight company ever.

Lost Car

Total mess. Car has been with CFS for 5 weeks. No idea where it is or when I'll get it. Company never bothers to call back. Total nightmare.

I would not recommend using this company to anyone. There are many companies in this business category that working hard to deliver great service with a good customer care. Unfortunately, Canadian Fleet Services is not familiar with customer service principals as well as with timeframe. Do spend a bit more time finding another company that will not jeopardize your business.
