We have not had a great experience with Victoria lifeline!! My Mom has been a customer for four years she fell the system did not go off I was assured to get a call back between 24 - 48 Hours, 80 hours later nobody has called back to explain what happened? I have made multiple calls and it took me demanding them to come and replace her machine they never offered in three calls in the first 28 hours I made to help us! I feel they are worried about protecting themselves than helping the customer
