Never again. $770 to tow my car less than 10kms or pay $300 for tow and they would keep the car. Would never recommend this tow company to anyone ever.

After being involved in a stressful experience due to car accident it didn’t get any better after having this company tow the vehicleThe cost was way more then expected and the customer service was one of the worst I have ever had.

The man has no sense of time, says he’ll be there in 30 minutes. Okay that’s fine let me go wait inside somewhere and not in the freezing weather. Got a call 10 minutes later and so I had come outside back to my car only to have him whine where I was if I wanted my car unlocked so bad, cringy and rude old guy who clearly doesn’t know how to act like a normal human being lol

Highly overpriced, rude staff, terrible experience all around. Never call these people. Ever. Period. Unless you like to pay ridiculous amounts to shady businesses for sub-par service, then go for it!

Bruno assisted us immediately with a break down. He drove us personally to the airport to rent a car & waited with us until everything was booked, he took care of the AAA call, towed our 1966 Coronet Convertible all the way to St. Stephen without delay,found us another towing company to take it across the border & offered to drive us to our room for the night after we returned the rental. We are so thankful that our breakdown happened in a town full of the most helpful people we have ever met.

Horrible, rude and completely unprofessional service. I was only calling to ask pricing and was so shocked by the rude comments. Go elsewhere.

Very rude and didn't take the time to fully understand my directions. Raised his voice and fought with me. If you can't understand where to send your drivers , don't own a towing company. Period. I'll be letting everyone in oromocto and all surrounding places that this company is not worth there business.

Only had to use once in a Mall parking lot. Battery in my car had shorted out. Guy gave me an old temp battery that he had behind his seat that allowed me to drive a few blocks to CTC to buy a new one. He followed me to CTC to retrieve his battery. Sweet!!! I paid for a tow but it saved the driver a lot of work and me a lot of time. I wish all Tow drivers thought like this guy!
