Smith's Towing

Great service, towed my suv a few times and very polite. Definitely recommend.

They didn't have the proper equipment to remove a flat tire then proceeded to drop my vehicle off at the wrong garage and could find the driver to find out which garage it was dropped at...i had to go driving all over Sydney to find it myself. CAA should take this company off their call list is this whole experience was horrible. Avoid Smith's towing at all costs.

Horrible service, called them on a Monday, for a tow the next Tuesday, waited over 12 hours for them to show up Tuesday no one came, no one in their office seemed to car. If your looking for good service I'd go elsewhere.

Unpleasant

Based on my experience as a customer, this company should strongly consider sending their office personnel for extensive customer service and ethics training. I'll leave it at that.
