We have a battery that we bought in Truro location a year or so ago. It will not take a charge. I can not locate the receipt . I called your customer "service". She told me that without the receipt it is not qualified to get and adjustment on a new replacement battery. I told her I would go to Costco and get a battery and she said " It is what it is".I told her that was rude and she just lost a customer. What are you going to do?
