As a first time homebuyer, he did nothing to teach me the process and the experience was TERRIBLE. - He gave me the wrong hydro contact information, I found that myself. - I didn't understand some of the paperwork and he just said "talk to your bank" he did not read through my file at all to help me. - I tried to take my time to read the 30 things I had to sign and said: "you don't have to read it, just sign it" - Told me my file wont come in for 4 months even though it should be 1.

Dave Cohen feels he is giving free service, When broker contacted to confirm information.. he says he does not have the time of the day & cuts the call... Is this the way he deals with his client...There are many lawyers in the market we can deal with respect. Every client is important.. No matter how small or how big they are.
