Fine Therapy (Kiosk) Bramalea City Centre

Bought tens in Ottawa. Tried emailing the address on receipt no answer. They promise that its covered by insurance. Problem is they do not provide phone number address or co. Name. Hence voids insurance claims

Bought the IQ Technologies stimulus machine at the CNE. Right away I noticed something wrong with charger. It would work only if the wire was set a certain way. Then after just a couple of weeks one of the 2 jacks on the unit stopped working. I called number for FT and a guy answered with a screaming kid in background and said to call on-site manager. I did and he just said to contact # on the warranty. Receipt, other papers/cards in the box but surprise - no warranty.
