Called in today to ask if I could come in for a swap to winter tires. The phone was slammed on me. I understand it's a busy time of year, but have a little professionalism and use your words! Clearly they don't care about customer service. Stay away

For past 5 years this place is been my go to place for 2 of my cars, this year I'm going to stop going there. The new owner is very stone face with no smile or thank you at all. He is rude to his employees. He needs to be educate on costomer service 101 greet with a smile and say thank you when taking the money. He is very greedy person.
