Abandon hope all ye who enter here. Paid up front on November 17th 2016, and finally received my shoes and orthotics on January 30. Was promised refund on same day (e-mail message) but was told that only the Manager can issue refunds and she wasn't in. Apparently, the Manager is never in so you can never get your refund. Despite numerous phone calls and e-mails I'm still waiting ten days later. Atrocious and shameful customer service. I do not recommend to others and will never go back.

Terrible customer service. Ordered orthotics since Aug 2016; till now end of Jan 2017 still have not received our product. Also have been trying to reach the manager about getting a refund and for some reason the manager seems to not be there. Was told to call back and always did and still nothing. 6 months of pure trash service. PLease do not go here; they are scammers and will not help you. LAst resort I called credit card company to issue a despute for fraud.

ive months ago today (December 2, 2015), I walked into ODM at the BCC at threw away $1875.. Since then, I have attempted to get anything for my money. I always see people lined up with the same complaint, some of them waiting since September. One star is too much for them. The only good thing about the plave is you will meet a lot of people with the same problem, we all got scammed by ODM. If you want something for your money,go to a a different retailer
