Prices are comparable to other big box stores, I dealt with the Mountainash location in Brampton. The post purchase customer service and communication NEEDS WORK. The delivery and installation staff are not reliable. Had to physically go to the store to get answers because my calls were not being returned. Paid for installation and half the job was done. Would not recommend

I ordered a dryer, fridge, washing machine, stove and a dish washer. I got my appliances damaged and I contacted them about it and they started telling me to call the manufacturer??? Why do I have to call a manufacturer for something that came broken on day one??? I will update my review once they fix my issue and replace the broken dryer they sent to my house

I wish there was a 0 rating. We ordered our appliances for our new house 2 months ago with the deposit and no one is taking responsibility to tell us when exactly the order is arriving. We have made numerous phone calls and visits to the the store and they have no answer for us. They always tell us they will call us back in 10 mins and even 2 months later those 10 mins have never come. They won’t reimburse our money either. At the end of 2 we still don’t know what to expect. Worst people to deal

I bought all appliances from Teletime mountain ash store in Brampton in June 2016. Have been calling the store and visited store so many times to fix a minor issue with fridge door. It has been over a year and no one has come to fix the issue. They keep saying tomorrow for sure but their tomorrow never comes.
