opened an account and can`t use my card because I reufued to give them my sin #, it IS illegal to ask for your sin # unless applying for a job, I informed them of this and they did NOT care, I WILL be closing this account

This credit union staff members are great, always ready to help. Why not 5 stars - it's really hard to call the branch, I always get re-directed to the main call centre AND their online banking website needs to be updated or a better design.
