    Very professional service. I have called on Cabbage Rose Lane a few times in the past and never been disappointed. My Mom raves about the quality of flowers and great arrangements. Thanks Cabbage Rose Lane!!

    Very Upsetting Customer Service

    I am extremely upset with the service I received at this store, and I do not recommend it to anyone who is particular about the flowers they order. Given the cost of floral arrangements, I imagine that includes a lot of people. I had ordered from this company on several prior occasions, choosing from the online bouquets and placing my order online. Those arrangements were satisfactory, and I had planned to continue using their services. However, in my second last arrangement a poor substitution was made - mauve roses in an arrangement that was supposed to be red, yellow and white. While the florist does reserve the right to make substitutions, I expect them to be in the same colour family as the arrangement shown. I decided that was just a one-off mistake, and I ordered flowers from them again. In the delivery instructions I wrote a note asking that any substitutions be appropriate with the colour scheme of the bouquet, which was vibrant colours. In response to my $50 order, I received a very rude phone call from the florist, saying that she did not want to accommodate my order, and suggesting that I take my business elsewhere. The conversation was very upsetting, and I will certainly be taking her advice - I WILL take my business elsewhere, and I advise others to do the same.
