S&V Towing & Recovery

Very rude and beligerent lady at the desk on Sat Dec 17th when we went to arrange pickup of our vehicle, she was even rude to the CAA man who came to pick up the vehicle, she said if CAA were`nt there by 4pm she was not going to wait one second later and we would have to pay another days rent! You need someone who needs the job more than she does, she shows your company in a very bad light!

1 of the best towing company's I have had! CAA said it would be 65 mins S@V showed 10 mins after I called CAA, The driver was over the top with professionalism, I will call them first from now on.
