I don't understand why the low rating from customers. My experience has always been first rate. I've gone twice without an appointment and have always been treated in a professional, timely manner. The staff do the best they can. How about a little applause for them? By far, Alpha Laboratories is my number 1 place to go for lab tests

This is the worst lab, I stepped out for a minute and missed my number. When I returned the nurse told me to take a seat she will call me later. Another nurse came to scold her that I have to take a New number and wait another hour. I don't know the name of the rude nurse but she was wearing a head cover. This should be unacceptable for her to be so rude to a patient that is unwell. She told me that there's a lot of seniors waiting and I myself is a senior who waited for over 45 minutes.

If will be 0 star review i will put that. Its the wors lab in all etobicoke. Sorry for the dr who are referring there pt over there , I guess never get the right results for those pt.
