Absolutely horrib...

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called and requested a quote. Was given a verbal quote. I told the to come look at the window I needed repaired and again requested a written quote. They sent a couple guys to measure the window and they promised to email me an estimate. I provided my email and waited a couple days. I called to see why I hadn't recieved anything yet ( No one with half a brain would pay a deposit without getting an actual quote first) and spoke to the receptionist who told me I should have been given one when they came to measure. I was explaining to her what was going on and some guy gets on the phone and says "Do you want the work done or not?" if they were that rude to me as a potential customer I can just imagine how I would have been treated after I paid my deposit. I also feel like they were not providing a written quote so they could raise the price after I agreed on the work citing a price increase from their supplier. Avoid dealing with these people.
