Order slow to come out and when asked the girl commented they were busy but Noone was there she pushed the order thru the opening and left without resolving my concerns

These wings are so yummy! I absolutely love them. There service is so-so, they could be a little more friendly and professional. Obviously this is a fast food place but the front line represents the business as a whole and it could be better. They've spruced up the place as best as they could I suppose....

I hate ordering from these ppl! I only ordered this time on behalf of a pregnant friend who was craving it.........and u know how that goes.......lol.......anyway, these girls that work there are too busy texting and talking to friends and cutie pie boys that they think its an absolutely rude thing of me to interrupt their busy day by calling in to order....didnt listen when saying my name, had to repeat it a few times and she got attitude with me, as if its my fault she cant hear me, then when asking my number, i gave it to them, then she hung up so abruptly without saying a word....wow...no customer service....
I thought it was overall ok. The staff could behave a little bit better, but mine have always been good, not over cooked just enough breading and just enough sauce.
I was DISGUSTED by the the service at Red Rockets. The girls you have working there are ignorant. I called in my order at 6:25 and was told it would be 25 minutes. I got there at 6:45 and was told it would be another ten minutes. I waited until 7:25 and then finally got my food but they forgot our pop. It took a FULL HOUR to get my food. I drove home (approx. 5 mins) and the wings were COLD! Not to mention the 4 lovely hairs we found in our food. Oh and they really outdid themselves with the skinny carrots and celery!!! By the way the price for your chicken fingers are WAY too much for the quality.

The wings were great except there were a few mutant wings in there that seemed to be nothing but over-cooked breading..... The sauce was very good.
The staff were polite enough, except I was told my order would be ready in 15-20 mins, but it actually took about 45 mins from the time I called. It wasn't delivery either. I waited in that place they call a store for 20 minutes.... Seriously guys, put some more chairs in there so people don't have to awkwardly stand around while waiting for there food.....

this place needs to get straightend out. the food is undercooked, the store is dirty and there is no customer service what so ever.

Ordered some RR the other night and decided to write a review since I eat here twice a week.
Ordered 1 full rack of ribs (19.95) and 3lbs of wings for me and my two buddies. As always the wings were top solid cronz and the ribs were some of the finest Ive ever eaten. Even the girl on the phone is always polite and sounds hot.
All in all i give the place 5's across the board. I have never ever experience any lapse in customer service or quality. Thank you for making me 50 lbs overweight red rockets!
The service was very bad. The cashier lady needs some customer service training. But the food was good. I'd try out someother places before I come back.
Simply put the wings they serve are very good! They have different levels of "hot", and other standers. The staff and location is nothing special though.
Wow, I was loyal to you guys for so long and the last five visits you have undercooked, forgotten or totally screwed up my order. Your counter staff is rude and incapable of taking an order without asking the same question over and over (and then still screwing it up!). I've complained to the so called owner and he was a total jerk! I'm gone......you guys have major competition now and you only have yourself to blame.

The phone service was just about the worst I've ever experienced and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and impatient!! Your website is also useless, it explains how there is a menu to review choses and then there's nothing there!!! What's the point!!!! Extremely annoying!
