Front desk staff were rude. Instead of checking for my coverage as they said they were doing they made a 56 dollar claim on my insurance for a eye test not done .Dr.Mariella did not note the test not completed. This is routine according to the staff charging first cancelling later...I contacted sun life supervisor level as these unpleasant people refused to rectify their own mistake.
