Swiss Chalet

I was just there at lunch today ordered a teriyaki stir fry to go. Asked them not to put much teriyaki sauce. It was loaded with sauce so much that the rice all stuck together. It was really heavy with all of the sauce. Brocolli was tough, I was very disappointed with my $20 LUNCH.

We as a party of nine with reservations for five on the seventh of march under the name Fenton. All food was COLD ,sloppily thrown on the plates ,chicken wings were still raw ,my great nephews cheesy pizza and fries ,fries were tossed on the pizza.Service was slow ,I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone . As a side note because of health issues I have not ate out in 10years I picked this restaurant because I felt it would be the best and safest ,what a let down .

This was our last visit to Swiss Chalet on Upper Ottawa St. Hamilton ON. It was the fifth time that the quarter chicken looked like it was the size of a quarter Pidgeon. The fries were no more than crumbs, and most of it was burnt. The short order cook must really hate his job. The food was slapped onto the plate with an "I don't care" attitude" We gave this place 5 chances, and decided not to go here anymore!
