They guarantee me my package would be delivered on certain date chaged me over200 hundred dollars for a envelope.they said it's not the weight that cost so much but because of the time frame I needed it to be there.well it was not delivered in the time they promised.when I called they told me I need to get in touch with the actual shipper.I gave my money to ups and spoke to them directly so why do I have to speak to the shipperthey are rude on top of it.I will never use this service again
