Garbage Company

Purchased a/c and furnace 2 years ago from Ultra Comfort with written comfirmation of a 10 year parts AND service warranty. The only reason we purchased from them was because of the warranty. After paying for the yearly service calls to keep the warranty the company has turned around and said they will honour the parts warranty but not the service as the company was sold to someone else (we now know it was sold to a friend of the previous owner). Utter and complete nonsense! Avoid this company

One star but would give a minus star if I could. Worst installation ever! Unit died after less than 5 years and would cost more to replace than it was worth. They were nowhere to be found but Moe is still in business. Go figure.

ULTRA COMFORT is a ultra pain

I purchased new furnace and air conditioner. Installation included new copper tubing etc. All new install. Now after five years ULTRA COMFORT is going to charge me approx. $500 to repair leak of the Freon. One can only wonder about ULTRA COMPFORT'S integrity. Ten year warranty on KEEPRITE SYSTEM looks shady at best. ULTRA COMFORT IS one of KEEPRITE "authorized" dealers. I wonder authorized to do what. Draw your own conclusion about ULTRA COMFORT.
