First customer service agent gave false information about how device was going to be paid for. Other agents took over the account and never got around to rectifying. They kept telling me to wait and I had to pay out of pocket for a device that was promised to be covered. The price for the knee scooter per month rental was outrageous. I could have purchased a new one on amazon for what they stuck me with. Terrible company that capitalizes off disabled people! Businesses like this shouldn't exist.
