Very unprofessional and very rough on my car. Care was not taken when towed and my mesh pipe connecting my exhaust was pulled off. Also my side mirror was dinged when unloading right in front of me. Driver yelled at a woman that he had blocked in. I will never call this towing service again not would I recommend it. I paid them money to cost me even more money!

I have had numerous tows by this company and they always make me smile. They have the best service, very professional and respective of my vehicles that I've ever had and I enjoy their company and they are down to earth people. They never seem condescending and they go out of their way to satisfy me. Thank you Twin City Team. I recommend you to everyone.

I came to pick up...

I came to pick up my car from dispatch. There was no one at the given address and no sign of life. I called dispatch to ask if they were open and see said they were but no one was at the office. She then told me she'd send someone on their way. I then proceeded to wait outside in the freezing rain for half an hour. I called her again and she began to blame me and laugh in my face. I told her not to be condescending and she laughed I my face again and called me an idiot I told her this wasn't how a business should be run and she told me she didn't care.... I am still outside waiting I the cold for someone to come and give me my car

fantastic service, Their driver went out and beyond his way to get my wife's car running again. Offered my wife and my daughter to sit in his truck to keep warm. we will defiantly be using twin city and recommending to family and friends. To the driver in the red and white truck ( wife can't remember you're name) keep up the excellent service. Thank you twin city!!!

Great service! Fast , friendly and VERY COURTEOUS! , the driver knew exactly what he was doing, and went well out of his way to get me and my family home safely! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Was cheapest in town too! Kudos twin city! You've gained a loyal customer for life!

Beware. Low price was given to get the business and they charged 130 dollars more at the end of the day. Very rude, very unprofessional.
