Yousef was out to our house to fix a clogged kitchen sink. He was able to free the clog using a snake. But he went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He replaced several worn out drain parts and fixed some flaws in the original install of the sink drain. And super friendly and professional.
Called four or five plumbers on a Saturday night. They were the first to call back, and came over within an hour. Even though he had to go shop for parts, he was done in less than two all told.
Your review: The Superior guys came to my house, stuck a camera down the drain-pipe, said it was broken & major excavation work would be required. It took about 15 minutes & cost $260 for a camera fee. Then had another company give me a 2nd opinion. The 2nd company used their camera to discover the drain pipe was simply clogged. They eeled out the roots out of the pipe & solved the problem for only $200. Lesson Learned

I needed my faucets repaired. Was stood up twice.
We were renovating our home and Superior Plumbing was recommended by our contractor. I was very impressed with the quality of their work as well as their flexibility on the job. They were on time and cleaned up after their job. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
His work was as bad as his driving.
We are out-of-town Landlords that for 3 months, had tenants causing major issues with backup of sewer. Our originally plumber, quoted us a huge job with a huge price hence we searched for 2nd opinion. Not only does Josh know his stuff, he was professional & courteous at all times (via text and emails). We explained our financial situation, and he went out of his way to break it into 2 payments over 4 wk period. Thanks Josh & crew, you will be the first we offer to anyone we know in Windsor!
Josh was a Very prompt and curtious business man. took care of the problem in a professional manner. He really knows what he is doing. Unlike other companies. Who slack and r rather unprofessional about their job.. i highly recommend josh to anyone in need of plumbing servies

Great customer service , showed up on time and was very professional . Showed up for the estimate when they said they would and I have not had one problem with my plumbing since they have left ... Made an appointment. They did not show up. Called again and made another appointment. They seemed knowledgable and pleasant. Said they would send estimate that night. No estimate. Called and asked for estimate. They said they would send it that night. No estimate. A week later still no estimate.
Josh came by to take care of a leak In my ceiling. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem quick minimizing the damage. The price was more then fair and I will definitely use Superior Plumbing again. Thanks!!
