The Dog's Inn has taken care of my dog for years now! They have given my dog all the care in the world and I would recommend them to everyone!
Due to a family emergency, I was compelled to leave my dog at this kennel for a month. I regret choosing this place because they took awful care of my pet! I left a healthy, clean and happy dog. But when I came to pick him up, I found a dirty, flea-ridden and sick dog. 1) This kennel had promised to bathe him, but didn't. 2) They lost his toys and tried to give me the toys of other dogs. 3) I paid extra for my dog to receive an anti-inflammatory pill, but when I picked him up he had a severe skin infection so they hadn't given him his medication. 4) My dog caught fleas from this kennel. My poor dog caught a bad case of fleas that lasted more than a month to get rid of. Even vaccinating him for the flea season didn't save my dog from the conditions of this kennel. I wouldn't recommend anyone leave their pet here! If you truly care about your pet's well-being, stay away! I hope this review helps other animal-lovers out there!

It is unfortunate that you experienced a bad boarding arrangement for your pet. However, we do not believe that this review is in regards to our kennel. First, we do not charge extra for dispensing of any meds or vitamins, and 2) we do not have any clients who within the last year have stayed for over a month. In fact, this review has been posted 3 times over the last 7 months and we have asked 3 times now for The Yellow Pages to remove (which they have). Some how it keeps reappearing?! We welcome all prospective canine guests and their owners to drop by the kennel and have a tour and meet the head dog. We are very proud of our facility and the care that we provide.
We have been boarding our 3 dogs with Bob and his family for the past 10 years. The facility is very clean and our dogs are always well looked after. Once we ran into an issue and one of our dogs needed to be brought to our vet. Bob did not charge us extra for this service. He ensured that our dog was given the care he needed in our absence. We would highly recommend this facility to others looking to board their family dogs for a short or long-term stay. This facility is clean, the dogs are well cared for and Bob (aka the Head Dog) goes beyond to ensure your family pet is well cared for. Pricing is reasonable too!
Sam our German Shepherd loves to go there. Kennel and grounds are very clean. Bob and his family (the owners) take very good care of him. We have been going there for many, many years and have never had a problem with anything. I would recommend anyone who is looking to board their pets to go there. Keep up the good work!
