En Route Towing & Recovery

Took advantage of me on the side of the road. Charged me $170 to tow my car 13 km. The creep took pictures of my license Plate, charged me tax and didn’t even give me a receipt! Was very rude the whole time. Tried to take my car for scrap and not giving me a penny. Stay away! Far far away!

My family and I were broken down, boat trailer wheel bearings failed. I called Enroute and within 10 minutes driver showed up... I needed new bearings we drove to local auto store picked up parts and together we were able to fix trailer. Unfortunately I didn’t get driver name... He was nice and obviously very helpful and to top it all off he didn’t charge us. PAY IT FORWARD!!!! Thanks again for your help. The Bullunos4

A Lifesaver

On May 24th, my husband and I had a terrible accident just outside of Wilberforce on hi.648. We hit gravel, the car went out of control and ended up going into the bush at full speed. When it came to a stop hitting a wire fence(miraculously not a tree or rock) the car was on its side. En Route towing was there within 15 minutes. The car was in so deep that trees had to be cut down to get it out. The tow truck driver was fully prepared and succeeded in get the car out in excellent time. He then drove us down to Toronto, dropped the car off at my dealership and then drove us home. Considering what a nightmare this was - we were o.k. but the car was demolished, Rick made this as smooth and comfortable an experience as it could be, under terrible circumstances. He was extremely helpful and professional.
