    If you want the lowest level of service, cheap product, worst attitude and terrible installation this is your place. I had counters/backsplash installed along with a sink, counter had buff marks that were written off as its nothing, caulking was done so poorly it has to be redone and my sink fell after 9. months with no resolution. They do not respond in a timely fashion it is a constant chase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

    done countertops several times with moonstone granite, every time they do nice job, i will recommend to more friends for sure :)

    moonstone granite team installed my basement countertop, they used around 1 hour to finish and did properly clean up. very organized and kitchen countertop is beautiful:) thank you!!

    They did and amazing job with my kitchen counter top, it was a great experience right from the beginning with help from selecting which colour and desgin I want ....they did an amazing job over all

    horrible service and owners. installed a kitchen counter top for me a month ago and damaged my wall. when confronted they denied it and came up with theories on how its not possible. would not cover damage.

    Terrible customer service and product quality we ordered a kitchen counter and they put random joints on the middle of the counter and never told us they would make it like that. They did not even accept the fact that the counter does not look good. Kept $1000 cash from us and are refusing to refund for their garbage counter they made.

    DO NOT use this c...

    DO NOT use this company. They are horrible they messed up cuts on both our bathroom and kitchen counter and as a solution were going to give us a backsplash to cover up their mistake. The backsplash took months of arguing to get! Horrible customer service and horrible product

    hello madam, we apologize to delay u to get back spalsh, remembered i sent u text msg asking u if u want us to go and put back slpash on, u texted me back: i dont need it. and u let your husband mesured again the back spalsh size to make sure its correct, and we made back spalsh pieces already and there was nothing wrong with the size when we got your husband's size, and then we drove to burlington to drop those back spalsh pieces to your mailbox at the end.
