Excellent Customer Service went Above and Beyond

Great customer service, said they would be 20 min and arrived in 10, price was more then reasonable, driver was extremely courteous, took my car to the shop and they drove me home at no extra charge. they went above and beyond to help me. Would definitely recommend Parkway Towing to anyone in the Niagara area.

Illegally towed my car then demanded cash on the spot. Unprofessional by all means.

I had a issue and...

I had a issue and needed to be towed .I called Parkway Towing . The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite . He quoted a price that I felt was more than fair . So I had them tow my car . I figured I would have to find a way to get myself home . But to my surprise they dropped the car off at a shop and proceeded to drive me home at no extra expense . Thank you
