Bed bug and cockroach infested building in Oshawa. If you move in you will have to move out within months and throw out most of your belongings. On-site superintendent blatantly shares tenants personal information with other tenants. Pest control company comes to spray the building frequently, to no avail. I suspect the chemicals being used are making some people sick. Do yourself a favour and run like hell from their properties.
