I was disappointe...

I was disappointed with their service. The staff was rude and arrogant , The first time I called the staff person said I should leave my items and she would send me a receipt . When I said no I wont leave my stuff without a receipt first . She agreed to set up a appointment. She accepted several items for auction but one item she said she need to look up before putting it on auction . The item was not put on auction . I phoned and emailed asking for the item back without a response .
