Wouldn't buy a ford again nothing but transmission problems and always get hassled from the dealer ship and ford it's self is no better don't help you out terrible people to deal with.

Horrible customer service.

I can't justify how a dealership/Ford (in general), can tell me my car is not mechanically bad enough to fix? I drive it literally everyday, 7 days a week. They have it for an hour and claim it's not bad at all. Worse yet, it's covered under warranty and I am entitled to have my car fixed with its CURRENT ISSUES. FOC has terrible customer service. I regret making it my first big purchase.
