Great service , great experience.

If I could give half a star I would or no start at all we bought a Saturn view from Anna and two days later the car started acting up a week later it was still acting up we took it back she had it for three days and said the engine lights never went on well we spent $3800 on the car and it’s going to cost 4500 to fix it and yet it was safety which it should never been and now she refuses to give us a new transmission or take back the truck stay away from her unless you have Omvic On speed dial

No Thanks!

Upon purchase I had to make visits to mechanic at 5000KM, 9000KM, 18000KM. Mechanic was in awe at the fact that the issues in question were surfacing especially regarding "New" parts upon initial safety and purchase. No thank you!

I recently purchased a car for my daughter from Luke and Anna. Unfortunately, we had a bit of trouble right after we brought it home; it was nothing that anyone could have diagnosed in advance. They were quick to help us get repairs done and we could not have asked for better service. Their mechanic was knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis and repairs. We would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from LA Auto and would recommend them to others.

Customer Service...or lack there of

We purchased a minivan from LA Auto sales approx a year ago and sure they were great to deal with prior to the sale but they tend to make promises they cannot keep. Luke (owner) promised that he will have a few things fixed for us (ie engine light, door locks a couple of other little thinkgs) After 2 days our engine light came on and our locks were acting up. So the issue of the engine light was not resolved or fixed, it was just cleared, just to make us believe it was fixed. As for the locks he only did a partial fix, so only half the locks work. When we tried contacting him he appologized and said he will get it fixed, however everytime we tried calling him or went over to arrange a time to take it in, he was never there or conveniently always busy. After about 2 months of trying to get a hold of him with no luck, we ended up just writting it off. Will not go back to LA Auto Sales on Simcoe and will definately not recommend him to anyone. Very Disappointed with our purchase and even more so with the lack of service we got once they received our hard earned money.
